Our aim is to work with our couriers to deliver to our customers Australia
wide, however, some products are undeliverable to certain postcodes.
In those specific situations, delivery service will be cancelled and refunded back to you automatically with an email notification.

Delivery times are calculated: Once your payment has been cleared and the
item has been dispatched from our warehouse (approximately 2 working days
after receipt of cleared payment).
We are unable to guarantee a delivery on any specific dates or times.

Unsuccessful Delivery Attempt or product rejected by receiver:
Costs apply - if item is Returned to sender re-delivery cost will occur for any
products that are returned.
